It would be great to be able to view the web tables, images and references of this book as well which I know can be accessed only by those who actually buy the book and use the pin code inside it. For this reason I would like to ask whether anyone would like to share these limited access materials with the members of the forum. As far as I know the materials can be printed as pdf which would make it really easy to post them here. It is a question for those who can access http://www.greeneinfectiousdiseases.com. Thank you in advance.
