    If there is no password, then why do I get "Wrong file password" error? I leave the field blank and tried multiple browsers. This happens on multiple, different files from this site.

    You are correct. I have an account with Upload Boy. It is only then that you receive this information. Whoever placed this on Veterinary Medicine Electronic Library has not done it correctly. You are correct and they are wrong.
    Don't beat yourself up about this. It needs to be fixed.
