    Description

The following section provides all the tools for best practice in the poultry industry and scale, in urban or rural. Hygiene in the poultry farm has an equally important role that technology food of avian origin intended for human consumption. The last part discusses the role of poultry in the development, by pinning the concept of sustainable development. The importance of growth in poultry production in farms, both in developed countries than in developing, is emphasized.
