By all odds the best book ever written or likely to be written on diets. For over 20 years I was living on breast of turkey, boiled tuna, egg whites, highly complex carbohydrates and everything that tasted dull. I was hating my diet and my gains were not that great. Now I can eat anything I want from pork chops, steaks, whole eggs.... to full fat ice cream and still lose fat, increase my strength, muscle size and my levels of energy.
