What Should You do If Your Animal Is Hurt Or Injured At Your Personal Veterinary Clinic?

At first glance, seems somewhat impossible or illogical: An animal being injured or hurt at the vet clinic.Unfortunately, I have experienced this.The outcome was quite bad as the owner/veterinarian said it was impossible that our pet got injured or hurt while at the clinic.I am interested in YOUR opinion.What would you do if you took your animal to your favorite vet, but later after the appointment and back at home, you find unexplained injuries?Or, if you are a doctor working at the clinic, what would you do if you received this type of complaint.)

First of all I wouldn't operate on my own cats. Second I don't care my client is loyal customer or not veterinary team should stay professional and communicate with client...
let me remind you to pass on confidential information, such as details about a patient’s treatment or client personal or financial details, to a third party would be considered unethical.

1. We have to clarify the conflict with client first, If there was any CCTV I would gladly show the video cam with owner and manager ( sometimes students do something stupid things and they just cover up the mess, don't forget that stressed pet could be injured by non lethal objects like pen !)
2. Depend on injury we have to address it immediately, the wellbeing of animal must be our priority
