Password recovery doesn't work

I was trying to retrieve my password to my previous account; been waiting 3 weeks, nothing happened (no automatic e-mail, no nothing).
Then I tried to get it done again, same consequences...

What is the problem?

Having the same problem on vetcircles, and cannot report because it isnt working
