Radiographic images processing program

Hi there, Today the Radiology lecturer has shown in class a program for editing and calibrating digital radiographies called OsiriX, that is free on OS systems.

Does anyone know if there are similar programs of windows too?

HI,
I have never used the OsirX personally, but it is told to be one of the most advanced in its own class. There are several other softwares for windows as well. You can try these:
MicroDICOM - www.microdicom.com (free)
Agnosco - http://www.e-dicom.com/ (free)
ClearCanvas - http://www.clearcanvas.ca (free/commercial)

The latest seemed to be the most capable of the free ones I have tried.
