Rules Link Does Not Open

Hi, there seems to be a problem with the various links to open the rules. Is there a direct www address where the rules can be accessed?

Since the site shift to vetelib.com I can not access the "site rules". Perhaps a new problem?

Clicking from the main forum page leads to
http://www.elib4vet.com/misc.php?do=vsarules

which gives the error:-
Not Found

The requested URL /misc.php was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
