Our rules are continously under review just to elaborate them, fit them to the new site and just for making them better for understanding....

BUT

don´t think that they will differ that much from former versions that anyone can undermine them anyhow!

We generally insist on certain aspects like:

No unnecessary postings especially simple Thank Postings or anything else for stupidly increasing postcounts!
Following known templates for postings and requests!
Hiding ALL links!
Don´t bother us with stupid questions which you should already be able to answer yourself!

And if you cannot access certain section....live with it until it changes!

Always keep an eye on everything from our Staff that might sound like a rule in these sections:

Some more general points you should consider will follow here:

If you need particular support then address the one who can provide it directly too!
So, if you have a certain need concerning a particular thread do not consider that the thread-starter or any related replying poster will recognize your single posting, if you need to address a certain user then do also contact him by a Private Message or otherwise your request will probably drown among those hundreds of postings our site might get each week/day/hour.
Think practical but respectable!

No spamming discussions or postings!

This site is completely about technical stuff, like Books or Journals, not for social discussions, therefore visit http://www.vetcircles.net/ !

The Section for New Members to introduce themselves is also just meant for those who are new to introduce themselves and not to start any discussion about or with them!

All unnecessary replies might geht deleted in order to keep the site clean and slim for better running.

We do not care if you think any book is good or bad as long as you do not give a very elaborated review about it explaining your opinion for the interest of all users.

DO not post anything like:

"Good Book"
"I like it"
or whatever.

If any user abuses this section for increasing his postcound obviously he will get deleted and banned instantly!
